8 month muscle focus routine

This is a little something I put together last year and it was as good as I planned it to be. Thought I'd share for those of you who have muscle groups you want to focus on but then you realize you want to focus on them ALL. The best part about this training was that you really destroy that "focus" muscle group and then every 2 months it switches to another so you recover from all the stress you've been putting on it. Great gains for the focus muscle groups. If you're looking to experiment I'd suggest trying this and I can say you won't be disappointed. Ps: not for beginners.

Month 1-2 (focus on back, traps)

Day 1- legs, calves, abs
Day 2- back, traps
Day 3- chest, arms
Day 4- back, traps
Day 5- shoulders, arms
Day 6- back, traps

Month 3-4 (focus on arms)

Day 1- arms
Day 2- legs, calves, abs
Day 3- chest, arms
Day 4- shoulders, arms
Day 5- back, traps
Day 6- arms

Month 5-6 (focus on chest, shoulders)

Day 1- shoulders, chest
Day 2- back, traps
Day 3- chest, shoulders
Day 4- legs, calves, abs
Day 5- shoulders, chest
Day 6- arms

Month 7-8 (focus on legs)

Day 1- legs, calves, abs
Day 2- back, traps
Day 3- legs, calves, abs
Day 4- chest, arms
Day 5- legs, calves, abs
Day 6- shoulders, arms
