865 Calories before bed good or bad??

I am banned!
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
4 tbsp of peanut butter
8oz of fat free milk
would this be ok to eat about 30 min before bedtime? I am trying to bulk up. I dont want to retain to much fat. Would the peanut butter be a bad choice? I just freaking hate the taste of cottage cheese with every fiber of my being. but I hear its like a protein drip though out the night. any help would be great.
 
switch to casein if your having such a problem with cottage cheese...

whats your today daily intake?? what is your caloric intake totaled in your other meals combined??
 
my total daily intake without the cottage cheese meal is around 2800. I'm 5'10" 175lbs. around 10 -12% bf. with only having 2800 cals before this meal is another reason i eat it. I have a hard time gaining any kind of weight. fat is just as hard as muscle to gain. (that doesn't count just eating fast food. I can gain fat that way) I'm getting some money together and coming to you for help. I can stomach the cottage cheese meal but only with the peanut butter. are the casein supplements any good as far as getting much out of them? thanks for the help man.
 
What you are doing is fine but I would probably only use 2tbsp of peanut butter instead of 4. I actually do the same thing when I don't have casein or want something more than a shake. Also try mixing your cottage cheese with some sugar free jelly its awesome. But i personally try to stay away from milk because of the sugar especially before bed.
 
I did use a little less peanut butter tonight and sometimes I do use the sugar free jelly and it makes it taste good (for what it is) thanks for the info.
