Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but I don't know where else to post (there isn't any "Injury/Rehab Forum").
I am rehabbing my shoulders and right quad. Shoulders have a lot of built up scar tissue and quad does as well. Quad has tendonosis and scar tissue from a quad strain that didnt heal properly. I've been going twice a week to Physical Therapy for the shoulders and A.R.T. once a week for both the shoulders and quad but on different days. I wanted to know if doing A.R.T. on the same day as P.T. is overkill and will hurt more than help me? I CAN feasibly go on alternating days but its more convenient do it on the same day.
I'm going to consult with my Physical Therapist and A.R.T. specialist but wanted some advice from the bro's on the forum. I get sore as fuck from A.R.T. and inflamed a bit which is normal. The pain from ART is close to the worst pain I've ever felt, but I know it's working and scar tissue breaking up is going to be painful.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
