I am currently on a one body part per week routine with higher reps and higher sets just one exercise per body part. In about 3 weeks I cycle back to 3 exercises per body part, lower reps but still just one body part per week. Not a professional builder but happy with my results. Can I get the results for my abs I am looking for juts doing them once a weeks also? Thanks to a HGH cycle my BF is dropping and it's time to work my abs.
 
Yes youll see good results from training abs once a week,although I do think that you could benefit more from hitting them 2x a week. Just remember to keep them around 12-15 rep range... not any of that 30 40 50 rep set stuff, treat them like other muscles. You wouldnt bench 30 rep sets.
