Advice and options needed.

I've been on TRT for a year now. Just had bw done and insisted to check my e2 which is not standard proto for my Dr.
T=1525
Free=32.5
E2=63
I pin 100mg e3.5d. I am 44, 217lb @ 9% bf. I originally sought help for fatigue and the inability to recover from the gym. I had hypothyroidism of which I think contributed to my low T of which was 234. After trying the gel I found a Dr. Who would run your #s up to the max.. Looking back I think the thyroid was the problem the whole time but now because of lack of research on my part and my Dr's protocol of nothing but Test cyp. My nuts have shrunk and I'm stuck.
At first my sex life was amazing but as doses increased so did side effects. I now have a less than stellar erection that lasts for 15 min and softens from there.
I asked the Dr. about the correlation with my estradiol. He is perfectly happy with my #s and sold me some libido supplements.
Just looking for some suggestions on where to go from here.. Thanks.

Need to use an aromatize inhibitor to lower e2... if your doc won't give you one, you can pick one up at rui. The banner is at the top of page. Honestly, your levels are pretty high for trt. Might even want to lower the dose some...

I forgot to mention that around the 900 mark I developed backne like crazy. I've been taking zinc and acne tame constantly. Wash 2x a day. Use salicytic acid and benzoyl peroxide with minimal results. I used to never wear a shirt but am now embarrassed to go shirtless.

I figured e2 is the problem but find it crazy my Dr. Is satisfied with my numbers. I would love to find a new Dr but choices are slim. He did write a prescription for the acne but it is not an AI.
I think maybe because of my build, former natural bodybuilder he might think I am fishing or prepping for a BLAST.. I'm not sure. He doesn't seems interesting in discussing it. Next bd in 8 weeks.

You can pick up an ai on your own and get your own blood work done to dial it in. Check out the ology faq's thread for in on private blood work and as mentioned, RUI carries ai's.

You definitely need to manage your estradiol. Either lower your test dose and/or use an AI.

Why couldn't you complete your purchase through RUI?

Get your doc to prescribe hCG as well. Try starting at 250iu twice a week. This will undo the atrophy to your testicles. It makes sex feel a lot better when you have full testicles.

And return your libido supps to your doc! He is just trying to scam some money out of you

One other thing, when you do place your order for an AI, also get cialis. ,Run 10mg daily. You will thank me later! It has many benefits other than just rock hard erections

I need a new Dr. For sure.. @ 910/17.8 t my e2 was 41.7 and I had the same symptoms but like I mentioned only test is his protocol. I'm not sure how to present my case as like mentioned he is happy with my e2 #. He says there are benefits for having e2.. Protects the heart and brain lowers risk of prostate cancer among others...
As for rui.. When checking out, I got a notice saying possibly my card issuer was blocking transaction and to contact them... Ahhh!

Not knowing much about ai's which is preferred? Liquidex? Suggested dosage. Target e2 is 20? Or just to the point side effects dissappear?

910 TT and 41 e2 are very good numbers for TRT. I would keep this Protocol and add in hcg.

Most guys like their E2 between 20-40pg/ml. A common starting dosage is .25mg twice a week. Get blood work after 2-3 weeks and adjust as needed.

Some E2 is absolutely key to being healthy. But too little or too much is very bad

Just call RUI and get the transaction sorted out. I would go with liwuidex (which is Arimidex also known as Anastrozole).

By the way, high E2 is thought to promote prostate cancer.

As for your E2 result do you know which method was used to check it? ECLIA or LC/MS/MS? The latter is more accurate. The former is often overstated so you E2 would be lower than what the result shows. We often find the ECLIA is about 10-20 points overstasted.

There is a sticky in this forum called Basic TRT Overview. It will be one of the threads at the top. I recommend giving that a read.

I've read the sticky that is why my e2 was added to the panel. What I read and he suggests are not that similar. Also side effects for one are not the same for another. I'm trying to figure a plan as to take control myself or convince him.. I pay nothing for the visits and minimal for my vial.
I found this page searching for side effect answers and then read the stickies after the fact. I'm very frustrated with my Dr. Now that atrophy has set in I'm not sure what to do.

hCG will reverse the atrophy. Get on hCG as indicated in Post #8.

Fresh off the phone.. Test type is ECLIA. You mentioned 10 points overstated. Does that mean my results are possibly 10 higher or lower?

10-20 points overstatement is what we often see. So that means your 63 is likely really between 43-53pg/ml. Still a little on the high side. Ask for the LC/MS/MS Assay next time. It is more accurate.
