I'll start off by giving a little run down on myself and background. I'm 27, 225lbs, about 16% body fat. Prior to getting married and working 125 hours a week, yes a week, I had always been in extremely good shape. Never more then about 6% body fat at around 205-215lbs steady. I had gained some fat mass while working 125 hours a week. Now things have slowed down and I've been back in the gym 4-6 days a week. My diet is good, but I'm on a cal deficit. My conflict here is with the cal deficit my workouts are lacking and I've noticed a slight muscle mass decrease.
I've used gear before when I was about 24 while in the military lol I used sus250, dbol, and Winstrol (winny) towards the end of it. I didn't use any antiestrogens. I know, I know, I was dumb. But luckily I didn't end up with any adverse effects. One, I'd like to take the precautions this time and take an antiestrogen if need be. Im not to concerned with gaining to much mass because I'm trying to get rid of the body fat. Diet and cardio is incorporated into my plan already. What I would like is to be able to maintain muscle mass, maybe gain 5-10 pounds muscle. I'm not familiar with the "cutting" cycles and what needs post cycle therapy (pct) and what not. I've been doing some reading and it's helped a bit. But experience is key, and I have none with this type of gear. That's where you come in. Thank you in advance for your help and wisdom.
