Advice on first cycle

Thanks for the advice everyone. Appreciate it. Ok well I'm going to try my best to up my cals as best as i can and start forcing my self to sleep earlier. Can you guys have a look at my diet and tell me if theres anything im doing wrong ? Ive been experimenting around with different macro ratios for a couple of years now but what my diet comes down to is mainly this(yes i eat mostly the same thing everyday)

Breakfast @ 8:00am: -750ml of egg whites
-1 cup of quaker instant
oats
-1 tsp of EVOO
-Small amount of ketchup
on eggwhites

Snack @ 10:30am: -Protein Bar 14P 22C 6F(only eat this because most of the time we are on the field and i can just put this in my pocket)

Lunch @ 1230pm: Lunch can vary ill have either 4 slices of ezikiel sesame bread with 4 slices of ham or turkey on each along with 1 scoop elitefusion7 and 1scoop of myo

OR

-2 chicken breasts
-2 slices of ezikiel sesame bread with 1 tbsp Natty PB and 1 tbsp sugar free jelly
ALONG with 1 scoop of elitefusion 7 OR ill add another peice of chicken and and another slice of ezikiel bread

Snack 3:00pm: Protein bar(same macros)

Pre Workout usually around 5:00pm(depends if i fall asleep for a bit after school):

-1- 1 1/3 cup of oats
-1 scoop of whey
-1 scoop of casein

Mix it all together and freeze it so i dont have to make anything after school

Post workout usually around 8:30-9:00pm: 1 scoop of myo 1 scoop of whey mixed with orange G2, 1 banana and 1 slice of ezikiel bread

Before bed: 10:00-10:30: 1 scoop of casein and a few slices of sliced chicken or ham

All together getting around 3200-3300 cals
bumped it up last month from 2900

Im guessing my ratios are around 50% P 30%C 20% F

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

you weigh 150 lbs man..............thats why^^^ too much bullshit and not enough steak and potatoes.

egg whites with ketchup????? seriously????
 
What does putting ketchup on egg whites have to do with being 150lbs ?

his point is, you eat like medium/big guys cut. someone that is 150 lbs trying to gain weight should not be eating just egg whites. for starters.

but you're best heading over to the diet forum and getting with 3j and the guys over there, they will can help.
 
Hit up mcdonalds everyday and stuff your face with some double cheesburgs. Your skinny man so your not gonna get fat if u eat pizza burgers pancakes and shit like that. And eat the whole fucking egg man! Lol
 
brandon, i started using steroids when i was 18 i am now 31 years old 260 pounds, i stopped cycling for the last year i only lost 10 pounds i am still jacked, my doctor ran every test in the book i am fine, my natural test is to normal levels,. but you will have to eat more

do what you desire bro.
