I'm not new here, but my post count is very low because all I really do is read instead of clogging these boards up with the same questions over and over. Having said that, I'm sure I overlooked the answer to my questions, either way I would like some advice.
I did my first cycle almost a year to day. We went 12 weeks of Test E pinning twice a week at 500.
It went great and we ate like horses to gain as much mass as I could. I went from 205 to about 225...which was amazing. I had started working out seriously at 20 and spent four years bulking naturally from 6'0 155 to 205 then decided that I had reached pretty far naturally. Anyway, I had a great time with the cycle and learned a lot.
I am now 215 and am looking to cut down to the point of that elusive six pack. Not for any other reason than to show i can still do it at 25.
I am looking for advice on what I should cycle with to maintain as much muscle that I have earned (naturally and unnaturally) as I can.
I have started a variation of the palumbo diet, which is low carb and high protein with moderate fats. I have done my research and seen that this has muscle sparing qualities.
Anyways to end this book, I am looking for any opinions on what to run to keep those muscles spared or even adding to them some.
I would like to run Test E once again, but am not entirely sure if I should add something else to the mix?
During my first cycle I used nolva sparringly during the cycle due to itchy nipples that I was afraid would turn to gyno. A tab would usually do the trick and I never ran into any fat tissue in that general area.
I don't mind running an oral if it is something that would help. I would like to stay away from tren for the time being until I get a few more cycles under my belt. I'd hate to bite off more than I can chew.
My diet is pretty strict and I do not drink ANY alcohol nor do any other drugs.
I would just really like some of the guys who have had success with cutting stacks that were on a strict low carb diet such as mine. I dont need anything insane, due to my belief that the diet is all that matters. My goal, as said probably 80 times in this novel, is to maintain or ADD muscle during the cut that will last at least 3 months.
I plan to run a PCT of clomid... with nolva on hand for gyno effects. This worked well for me last cycle with TEST E as I only lost 6 pounds.
