Advice on schedule

This is how my schedule goes.

Day 1: Chest, calves
Day 2: Biceps, Triceps
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Shoulders
Day 5: Back

With abs every other day, 45 minutes of cardio every other day. Should i switch it up some?
 
Well i've been doing it for about 4 months and it seems to be working well. Before I did a two times a week on each muscle but the blasting them all once a week gives every muscle full healing time. just wanted to get some advice on if it's a good schedule or not?
