You all know the symptoms and Ive been dealing with it ALL..Im in my 30's and recently for the last year got into eating a bit better, and started working out again. Trying to get healthier and hopefully shake these fellings, it worked for a bit but Im worse then ever now. I will not make this too long til I find out test results but my questions are..

I took many workout supplements in the past few months, got off all the caffeine/energy ones recently cause they stopped working and instead making me more fatigued..I stopped everything except multi vits..but I also was taking otc test boosters like DAA and products containing mucuna pruriens and other stuff, and some otc AIs..they worked at first but then nothing, I felt like shit and any positives disappeared and worsened, I probably took them too long , a little shorter than 3 months..

Anyhow I have stopped them altogether about 2- 3 weeks ago..and my questions is if you guys think its a good time to get my lab tests done now, cause if they had any effect on my test levels, Im wondering if they will effect the results. I know I seriously doubt it will being OTC, but I just want to MAKE sure that I get the most accurate results I can..at this point after all Ive read from others like you Id be shocked if my test levels are anything close to normal..but If they are then its a good start to find out whats going on with me. Ive made this intro and questions too long , but just want some advice on that.

Also its best I go test early morning right, at the beginning of my day for more accurate results? Fasting? Water?

ANd oh yea does the privatemdlabs female hormone panel really work no questions asked at the lab? Would really hate to look dumb when I show up..haha..well thanks to all for input.

Female hormone panel really works. It is for males too. You can list your sex when you fill out their online forms. All it does is change the reference ranges.

Go in the morning. Early is better. Drink lots of water. Fasting is good since you are doing a metabolic panel and cbc too.

Get plenty of sleep the night before and lay off the alcohol and other drugs.

Get your thyroid checked out too. That can give you similar symptoms. And vitamin D too.

I would think you are good to go in now for a blood test. Good luck!

Hi thanks for the reply mega...

I'm really forward to getting these tests done...so do I put my sex down as male or female online? I didn't understand that

I just did the panel last week. I selected the female panel and then changed the drop down box to male when entering billing/personal info. No questions asked at the lab. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the results were emailed in less than 24 hours. Can't beat it.
