Hi people,
Firstly I'm not interested in anyone who's gonna be chatting on like "Noob" I've been training around 3 years and achieved some decent size in that time. I've used steroids before through guidance from my uncle. He's been using them for years and it worked, test and deca and a winstrol cycle. I got some decent results however my goal has changed. I still want to gain size (who doesn't) but I want lean gains, something that's going to give me mass, define muscle more, make me more vascular and overall get me shreadded.
My diet is solid, 6 - 8 meals a day, macro's and BMR in place, eating very clean and consistently. I'm currently 89kg, I'd like to maintain my weight just drop as much body fat as possible. Also making some lean gains.
My training is also intense and regular. I train 6:00am, 5 - 6 days a week (Not all lifting, 6th day I'll normally focus a full session on abs and cardio) lifting 8 - 12 reps as heavy as possible and I'm not an ego lifter. I'd prefer to get 8 - 12 reps on 35 dumbell chest then 3 reps with shit form on 40's.
Just some general advice please, people. I know where I'm at diet and training, just need guidance with what cycle will work for me.

Height: 5'11
Weight: 89kg
Bodyfat: I assume around 20
Fact: 80% of the fat on my body is stored around my stomach and hips, shoulders can look very cut when pumped, just my abs refuse to poke through the layer I've got going on.
