Advice Please on Workout

I start my cycle of sus 250 today and was wondering if I should stay on my workout or go with another one. 36 , 6'1 , 230. 500 of sus 250 a week in 2 shots per week. 4500 cals. each day and 400 are protein.
I use as much weight as possible in each workout set. Comments please. Thanks. No Squats because of bad lower back.



Day 1= chest/back
Hammer strength Incline Bench 5 sets 12-6 Reps
Hammer strength Decline Bench 4 Sets 12-6 Reps
Pec Deck 5 " 12 Reps
Pull ups 3 " 10 "
Hammer Strength High Rows 4 " 10 "

Day 2= OFF

Day 3= Triceps/Biceps/forearms

Standing BB Curls 2 " 10 "
Incline DB Curls 3 " 8 "
Preacher Curls 4 " 8 "
Wrist Curls 3 " 20 "

Day 3= OFF

Day 5= Shoulders/Traps/legs
Hammer Strength Military Press 4 Sets 12 Reps
Side Laterals 4 " 10 "
Upright Rows 4 " 10 "
DB Shrugs 5 " 15 "
Seated Leg Press 5 " 12 "

Muscles should be hit 2-3 times pr. week.

Each muscle two to three times a week? I think thats a little much, granted your on cycle and your going to be recovering much faster, I would say two maximum. I would do much more free weights, and maybe make a Day4-Legs, or a 1)Chest, 2)Back, 3)Legs, 4)Shoulders, 5)Arms type deal. Free weights are going to work stabilizer muscles that aren't hit during the machines. If you've been doing the hammer strength machines through your lifting career, you will see amazing differences in your body shifting over to the free weights. GL
 
Two to three times a week is not that much. Just manage your volume appropriately and you'll be fine.

Remember, when it comes to building muscle, LOAD is the primary stimulus. After that is FREQUENCY and only after that do you look at volume. You need to be lifting heavy enough, often enough or your results will be suboptimal.

I'd recommend looking up DC and reading about it. Read about HST too. There is an article that Suareezy keeps linking too which is a good read.
