advice?

I've been taking a high cal. protein shakes just once a day and somedays even taking half the serving. the servings are 4 scoops @1050cals, 82g protein. I dont understand why but some days randomly after taking my shake ill vomit the whole thing out? is it the protien im taking or my stomach just being a bitch? anyone got any advice how to avoid this or got some info on why this happens.
 
If you have that type of reaction I would stop taking proteinshakes. there is no need for a shake and it wont do anything rice and chicken cannot do.

Maybe your allergic to milkproducts?
 
probably the high calorie content. the same thing happened to me years ago the first time i tried a full serving of an ABB XXXlarge (or something like that) weight gainer.
