after workout eating

ok i have a question. i usually wake up and eat like 6 whites and 4 whole eggs cscrambled and a gainer shake then go to the gym. after i have a whey shake but I know you are supposed to eat a real meal after. problem is im not hungry until like 2 - 2.5 hours later. is that still within the window of what is is optimal when gaining?
 
After your workout - Try and get a Glucose Polymer in there with your Whey. I like people to eat a whole food meal 1 hour later, but if you can not do it for 2 hrs then so be it. Your not going to shrink because you didn't get your food in right on time. This is where people get so paranoid. They over complicate it and think that if they are not "perfect" with their timing it will lead to poor results.

Simple Equation = Eat quality foods + Train Hard + Rest = Success

Also - I would suggest that you drop the Weight Gainer. These products are loaded with crap.

Stick with your Eggs but use about 10 egg whites and 1 yolk and eat some fruit. Granny Smith apple. Blueberries, Strawberries.

The fruit will give you the energy you need.
 
my gainer is by MHP and has no sugar and is macrobalanced. i cant eat sugars because i feel really sucky after i do and it drops out my blood pressure. i need some sort of replacement to the sugars post workout
 
i eat like an animal after workout , fucken weird but i do feel like i can use some calories immidiately. Nothing goes good than chop meat and rice after good old lifting day. Been thinking getting me some weight gainer but them bitches so expensive nowdays and some say right they do get nasty as fuck

Meal 6— Immediately post-workout 7:00
• 2 scoops Whey Protein
• ¼ Malto and ½ Dextro


Meal 7—90 minutes post-workout 8:30
• Turkey or Salmon (As much as I can eat)
• Greens
• 1 tablespoon Udo's Choice® Oil Blend
• V8


this is how I work it
 
i used to be able to eat a shitload of food after my workouts.. but they have been really intense lately, and all i want to to post workout is puke. i can barely get a shake down too. i usually wait about an hour and half after my workout before i feel up to eating food. i dont think its that big of a deal
 
drink a shake right after, then a real meal as soon as you feel you wont puke it up. Some days I have to wait longer then others, depends how Im feeling after my workout.
 
I usually have my protein shake and then 16oz of apple juice or a banana or something right after my workout. Thne about 1.5-2.5hrs later eat my big meal.

Diet for someone who works out late at night??????

Im starting a test/tren/winstrol cutting cycle soon and i am trying to get my diet figured out exactley before i start ,I was mostly wondering how I should be eating after my work out because i work out at like 8pm and on weight days i dont get out of there till like 10pm because i do 1 hour of cardio so i get home shower and go to sleep after about a hour at 11pm .

This below is what i was thinking of doing any help and ideas are appreciated.this is based off The Cutting Primer by Rambo

6am Lean Protien/ 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
9am Protien Shake/Lean Protien (2 tbsp flax)
12pm Veggies/Lean Protien
3pm Protien Shake/ 2 tbsp Flax
6pm Veggies/LeanProtien 1/2 cup Rice or Oatmeal
8pm WORKOUT
10pm PWO (Protien shake with 50% dextrose and 50% maltodextrin )
11pm Sleep

when i was cutting, i went to the gym around the same time, i would have a protein shake in water, and then like 30 minutes later i had a skinless boneless chicken breast, or maybe some unsalted peanuts to snack on. i would eat three pro/carb meals early in the day and 3 pro/ fat meals later in the day. it worked pretty well for me.
