Im starting a test/tren/winstrol cutting cycle soon and i am trying to get my diet figured out exactley before i start ,I was mostly wondering how I should be eating after my work out because i work out at like 8pm and on weight days i dont get out of there till like 10pm because i do 1 hour of cardio so i get home shower and go to sleep after about a hour at 11pm .
This below is what i was thinking of doing any help and ideas are appreciated.this is based off The Cutting Primer by Rambo
6am Lean Protien/ 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
9am Protien Shake/Lean Protien (2 tbsp flax)
12pm Veggies/Lean Protien
3pm Protien Shake/ 2 tbsp Flax
6pm Veggies/LeanProtien 1/2 cup Rice or Oatmeal
8pm WORKOUT
10pm PWO (Protien shake with 50% dextrose and 50% maltodextrin )
11pm Sleep
