AI, Gyno . When you haven't taken AI and you are at the end of the cycle

Itchy nipples or sore breasts are an alarm for gyno when on your cycle, well at least when you have been on cycle for long enough for Aromatization to take place (+10 weeks)
On noticing the symptoms, I was unable to obtain Aromatase inhibitor (AI) immediately and there was around a week where I felt the itchy nipple, then it became sore breast.
After searching for Aromatase inhibitor (AI), I managed to get some Arimidex.
Now, because I was on a Deca and Sustanon cycle, I had to get some Prami to be absolutely sure that if the symptoms were from Deca, then the Prami would be something to have on hand.
I started the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) at the end of my Cycle, and a week later, the symptoms had disappeared. I'm running this until my post cycle therapy (pct) (2 weeks) and then dropping the Arimidex and continuing with the post cycle therapy (pct).
Used 1x1mg Arimidex, 1 x prami, and cut my Clomid in half to prevent binding to the receptors (25mg).

Newbies, please use this as a warning and always use Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in your cycle. It sorted me out at the end but prevention is better than cure!
post cycle therapy (pct) (Post cycle therapy is just as important, for those who don't understand, refer to the Sticky's, there are very informative sticky's around Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and post cycle therapy (pct)).

Dont ever start a Steroid cycle without knowing about Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and post cycle therapy (pct).

Yeah, I figured gyno would never happen to me, so I didnt pay enough attention to the symptoms until it was too late. Currently been running letro for 1.5months to reverse year old gyno. Has been working well, but there is still a small lump there. Only been using 0.75mg ED so I can still lift, but may have to bump it up to 1.5mg ED if this dose doesnt work.

Do you guys take Aromatase inhibitor (AI) only when symptoms start arising or throughout the entire cycle? I thought that it was wise to take it throughout the cycle regardless of symptoms.

Depends on the individual and what the bloodwork says. Personally if I run over 100mg of test I need to run an AI.
