Hello to all off you![/SIZE

Basic Information: Age: 21
Weight: 98kg
Height: 190cm
Years weightlifting 6+

I am a personal trainer, I've been competing in power lifting for a long time now, training Olympic lifting and i have a huge crush on fitness and bodybuilding!

Couple of days ago I had a surgery done on my right shoulder and I want to go on a steroid cycle when my shoulder gets a
bit better to speed up recovery and getting my ass to the gym faster! I've been researching steroids for quite some time now, 1 year ago I had bad back problems and got really frustrated - a friend offered me some Sustanon 250 and in my frustration i started to inject that in my body, 200mg for 6 weeks, nothing fancy and fairly stupid in my opinion but hey, I got some experience with the juice.

Anyways, here is were I need you guys.. I've been thinking about going on a 12 week cycle, my first real one, but nota bene i'm not doing this to get strong and huge (although thats fun..) my main reason for this being to get my shoulder back in shape quicker and better!

Here is what I've been thinking, 100 mg Deca for 10 weeks stacked with any testosterone 200 mg per week and running the test 2 weeks longer, witch test would be nice for my needs? What I've been thinking about is test, testosterone Cypionate or Enanthate but i'm open to any suggestion. NOW I KNOW that this is fairly low doses (and that i'm still young), but it should be enough for recovery, right? (remember i'm not init to get jacked... this time ..I want to wait for couple of more years before really getting into the juice)

As stated above, all advice is highly appreciate it, I'm open to any suggestions even bumping the doses up, but I really want to keep the doses as low as a possibly can - but still receiving positive effects (:

Thanks, LOVEGUN!

Well, even at a low dose of test and deca, you will have shutdown. So in my opinion, there are other compounds that can help your shoulder. Yes, Deca can make your shoulder feel better along with some testosterone, however if you are lifting in the gym, you will notice some strength increases and a lot of guys actually make their injury worse because they lift more weight when it is not healed yet. So here is my recommendation. I would run the TB500 peptide (Thymosin Beta 4). I have seen a bunch of guys get great results on this peptide. The positive is that it won't shut you down so you don't have to do a post cycle therapy (pct). Here is how I would run it:

Weeks 1-6: 2.5mg twice per week
Then after 6 weeks, just shoot 5mg once a month for maintenance dose.

Since you don't really want to get in to gear at this moment in time, I think this would be a good option. One of our mods JimiThing has a good log on this stuff. A friend of mine who is 57 years old has been on this for 8 weeks now for his knee problems and he is seriously almost back to 100%. He is amazed by it. Thats what I would do in your situation. Good luck.

hmm, sounds great, thanks for the input, i'm defiantly going to read up on this stuff, but I have to admit tho that I have no idea how to get my hands on it here on this Island...

You will have to check with some of the site sponsors to see if they ship to your location. Southern Research is a great company that carries a bunch of peptides.

dude,im a new member nd wnt to strt a new thread.how do i do it?

Go in to the forum you want to post in and at the top left part of the page, it should say "Post New Thread"

Rockwell, lets assume that I wont be able get my hands on TB500 (my country Iceland is highly restricted on things like this), how would you recommend a cycle? Also assuming that I train smart, wont go full out and wait atleast 2months with physical therapy.

From what I can read on the internet about TB500, it looks amazing, but I'm just gathering information on every thing that could help me.

i'm a been a certified trainer for 7 years so i have that in common with you bro. it is a common misconception that steroids will strengthen an injury when really thats the last thing you want to be doing. injuries often occur to tendons and ligaments when using them due to the increased strength of the muscles. what happens is your muscles strength increases so dramatically that while the muscle can handle a certain weight the ligament/tendon can't and tears or ruptures often occur. my advice to you is take your time strengthening your should naturally as injuries are nothing to rush. in a year or two maybe when its time to cycle we'd be glad to help you on here but for now i'd recommend you stay natural and visit the site frequently to read and learn as much as you can

I know a few Icelandic boys! Strong guys. One of my friends friend from there ordered some stuff online over here (UK) as it is easy and legal to get stuff into the UK. Then when he went on holiday to the UK and brought it back to Reykjavik himself. You can even get some peptietes like TB500 from UK based sources delivered within the UK.

Otherwise I agree with the bros above, leave the cycle until completely healed. If you want to run something to speed up actual recovery (not just put a bandage on it) look into getting some TB500

What type of shoulder surgery did you have?
