Alright so I'm back on TRT now......

Here's my story as some of you might already know. About 9 months ago I got off testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to try and have a baby, so my doc put me on clomid for 3 months. Well my wife never got pregnant so I had a semenalysis done and everything was good. Well a couple months went by and my libido dropped tremendously, I couldn't even get an erection. Went back to the doc and he put me on HCG, 2500iu 3 times a week with some arimidex. Stayed on that for the last 3 weeks and it did nothing for me. So I just got off the phone with my doc and he said if I wanted I could get back on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) which I said yes, that's what I want. I didn't mention to him that I was gonna stay taking the HCG just at a lower dose to still try and have a kid.

So I guess my question is, How much HCG should I take when I'm on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) 300mg a week to keep the boys running so I could get my wife pregnant? Is 250iu twice a week good?

It varies from person to person. I would start off at .25mg EoD and see how you feel. If you start to get achy joints, bump it back to E3D - alternatively, if you start to feel bloating or itchy nipples, you can bump it up to .5mg EoD. You can confirm which protocol is working for you with blood tests as well. I like to keep my E2 at around 20-25ng/dL blood serum personally (again, person specific).

Hope everything works out for you! I was fortunate in that I was done with children when starting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), so I cannot imagine the battle you have before you.

Yeah well it varies from person to person. I honestly prefer taking aromasin over Adex because it is more mild and it doesn't fuck with my ALT and AST liver values too much. I would start it like Halfwit said at .25mg EOD and see how you do. You can get cheap private blood work after a month or 2 and see where that reading is. I am sure you know your body so you know what to look for from either having too high of estrogen or having it too low. Some guys can have a estrodial reading of 80 and feel fine with it at that levels. Guys like me on the other hand can't have my estrogen over 30 otherwise I start getting side effects and I start knitting quilts and shit. lol. I am on Aromasin at 25mg EOD and the last time I checked my estrogen was 28 and that is on 105mg per week of Test Cyp. Just thought I would share that.

300mg of test is not TRT...IMO... If you still want to try with the wife for a child, try 100mg a week of test for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) along with 250-500 IU's twice a week of Hcg.... I know there are guys who have gotten the lady pregnant doing massive doses of test in the past...but remember...Testosterone was considered as a form of birth control for males. I say bring your test shot down to a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) level (100mg a week) and if the Arimidex is needed (it may not be needed at 100mg of test a week) try it at .25mg twice a week and increase to .50 twice a week the next week if you don't get results. I have a feeling at the lower level of your test shots, you will get your libido back and the old sperm factory will still be working to get the wife pregnant. Good Luck !!

Well they called me in 200mg a week so that's what I'm doing. I'm a pretty big guy, 100mg a week won't bring me to where I need to be. Even the doc said that, that's why he had me on 300.

Have you had blood work done at 100mg, 200mg and 300mg to see your test levels at each injection amount?
My dosing advice was for you to get your libido back and get your wife pregnant. It may not be a permanent amount for your testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), but I think it would help to achieve your goal with your wife.
