AML cycle.

I've been running a cycle now for about 5 weeks and thought I would share.

After months of research I decided to take the plunge into the world of AAS. I have no domestic source and after reading many good reviews on AML Gear I figured why not give ot a shot. Boss was readily available to answer all my questions and even offered advice. Well i placed my order and it arrived discreetly three days later.

For the first 4 weeks I ran T300 (100 E, 100 C and 100 P) 300mg x 2 mon & thurs. After the first week I noticed minor results. Veins then began popping out and my biceps, quads and pecks were exploding. No lie. I had some serious pip but fixed this by heating the oil under hot water and using a heating pad on the injection site.

I'm off the T300 now and using test e. The 300 was used to build some quick ester before switching to test e. Now that I'm on test e though I still feel good, but not as good. I think its cause I'm missing the prop. So I decided to switch it up and ordered some T400 (175 E, 175 C and 50 P) to complete my cycle with.

I'm running adex .5 eod and have yet to see any sides. No acne. Balls are good. Sex drive is through he roof. I've always been a sexual devient but now I'm hornier then I was in high school. Not shedding any hair either. This is good news as it was my biggest fear.

So far I'm up 6 pounds and I look a lot more defined. Havent seen any signns of gyno. This is good news as i would look rediculous rocking titties. I've been doing a lot of isolated strength workouts and some agressive cardio. Wind sprints and interval running.

Anyways im very satisfied with the qualitie of AML's product. To be honest I was very skeptical that you could order properly dosed gear from the net. But AML gear in my opinion is just as good as their amazing customer service.

Hopefully things continue to go well. With the way things are going I'm due to make Arny look like a choir boy at the end of my cycle.

Training 6+ years
13 % bf
6' 2"
Now 210 lbs.

If you guys think the T400 is a bad idea let me know. There are many knowledgeable persons on this forum and I'm open to suggestions.

Diet is good. High cal, low fat and correct amount of protein.

If something bad starts happening ill let you guys know and ask for help. Strength is really starting to increase now. Joints and tendons feel fine though. Probably because I've been lifting for a while.

These results are noticeable to friends and family. I have been asked twice now if I'm juicing. I just laugh it off and say "thanks for flattering me."

PCT is all good to go.

I take a 50 mg clomid pill on injection days. I don't know if this makes a diff but I heard it may prevent your balls atrophy.

6lbs in 4 weeks. What does your diet and workouts look like, I know the gear is gtg so I am sure you could tweak something in the diet or workouts to make bigger gains if thats what you wanted
 
He said he does intense cardio, clearly his goals are to get cut up rather than jacked. If this is his goal nothing is wrong with hia routine..
 
6 pounds in 4 weeks (not sure how long you've been on ) is not too good lol

usually gain that in water in the first week or two, usually the first 5 pounds comes like that

Bro, it is retarded to evaluate a cycle on pounds gained or lost. I have lost 30 pounds on a kick ass deca test AML cycle...It was a fukin amazing transformation. It all depends on you diet and cardio.
ONLY way you could measure the quality of a cycle would be to measure lean body mass. But then again, if its a cutting/fat loss cycle it will be less gains cause of the cal deficit diet.
 
Its very common for bodybuilders to gain 20-30 lbs in the off season. Igain about 20 pounds in my off time during winter. But doesnt mean that 20 lbs is fat. All those extra cals really help pack on quality mass aswell.
 
Cardio isn't just for cutting up.. I guess I'm just use to my lean cycles, I gain weight and usually lose a good percent or two body fat, no offense at all trust but if you have to lose 30 pounds a cut, you should of did that without steroids, or gain a lot less when you bulked, I can understand 10-15 pounds cut , but unless you're at 6 percent body fat than 30 pounds is a bit much lol, wtf was your bodyfat before you started?

Hehe bro, i was at about 225-230 pounds, 25-28% BF. Went down to 195 about 11-12% BF (over 5 months) on that deca-test cycle.
I know people say we should loose fat before running a cycle but i disagree on this. Gear builds muscle, diet cuts down the fat...I dont get why we should not do both at same time if we need to loose fat. Not only that, AAS will help maintaining muscle on a low cal diet.
Being stronger also helps lifting more, spending more energy, helps at cutting.:D
 
I noticed I gained some water weight at the beginning but this has since gone away. I don't feel bloated and look pretty lean. I feel great actually.

My diet consists of many things and I like to switch it up.

One morning I may have 5 egg whites and a cup of oatmeal. Others I may eat a bunch of fruit or cereal with skim milk. I just basically go by how I'm feeling. I'll have a shake later on in the day. Snack on almonds, a banana or dried fruits.

I eat a lot of fish, chicken breast and vegetables. I dont use many seasonings as i try to stay away from sodium. I keep my fluids up and will easily drink 5+ liters a day. I don't drink pop or Gatorade but will have the occasional beer. I'll also mix it up and have steak or bacon every now and then because I am a guy and I need those things.

Anyways yeah I do a lot of cardio. I also play hockey twice a week. My muscles feel real good. They are a lot more firm and i find they recover faster. One big thing I noticed is when doing arms my bis, tris and forearms feel like they are full of concrete. They swell up something fierce.

I go to the gym everyday. I like to isolate each muscle group and bang out as many exercises I can for that muscle group. A typical back day will look like this:

Bent over row x4
LAT pull downs x3
Close grip cable pulls x3
Seated rows x3
Weighted Wide grip pull ups x3
Weighted Close grip pull ups x4
Dead lifts x4
Good mornings x3

After this I may do some AB workouts, ride the bike for an hour, or go for a 5 km run.

Some days are different. Sometimes I'm burnt out and skip cardio and save it for another day. Sometimes I have hockey and do that instead. I'll also either do high weight low rep workouts such as 8/6/4 with heavy weight or do moderate to light weight and really focus in on form. I have been doing that lately for shrugs and really trying to build up these traps.

I like variety.

I'm pretty active and I'm thinking 6 pounds is good. I'm a lot more lean now then I was before. My strength has also increased so the 6 pounds could be attributed to muscle mass.

Anyways nobody answered my question on the T400 cycle I proposed. Trust ill ask you. You seem to know the ins and outs of aml gear. If I ran T400 x2 mon and thurs at 400mg per pin (800mg per week) will I continue to see good results or will that be to much for my body to handle?

Thanks for the feedback guys. I know there are a lot of experienced people on here. Remember though this is my cycle and I need help figuring out whether or not I'm on the right path lol. Please don't get distracted by other comments and blow this thing up with debate. I think every body is different and AAS may effect people differently on a variety of factors.
 
Yeah like I was saying I was very skeptical about it. But so far things have been great. I'm running everything aml. So adex, clomid, nolva and test. If something bad happens ill post it. So far though its clear sailing.
 
Hey Wisdom, if you gained 6 pounds but are a lot leaner it means you gained a lot more then 6 pounds. Like maybe you gained 16 pounds and lost 10 of fat. Thats what i ment when i said we cant compare the quality of a cycle by weight gain/loss.

About the T400... why not just stay on T300 all the way thru your cycle if you liked it?
I understand your feeling. I LOVE AMLs prop. i rather take 600 mg of T300 then 600mg of Test cyp or T400.
Mg per mg, test prop is stronger then cyp or ena. This is why u like it better imo.
You could try 2x400 T400 and see how it goes.
Sometimes we need to try and see what is good for us...we re all different.

That's an interesting theory. I never thought of it like that but you're probably right.

In regards to the 400 vs 300 yes I love the prop. It's great stuff. But, it gives me pip. I don't want to go without it completely and figured that the 400 would be a good substitute. This way ill still get a lil prop during my cycle and hopefully less pip.

To be honest if I get on the 400 and not like it as much ill probably go back to 300.

Or just get some straight prop.
Take 1 ml test e 250 + 1 ml test prop per shot, twice a week. It wont hurt cause the prop will be diluted with test e. (mix them together in the syringe.) and you will have a prop kick.
 
I'm at the end of my 5th week now and up another five pounds. That's five pounds since monday. The only difference is I switched to straight Test E. I pinned twice this week with a total of 600 mg. I feel a little bloated but not to bad. I asked my gf if I looked like I put on some fat and she said that she couldn't tell. She was also unsure whether or not I gained any muscle.

Strength is up and still feeling great besides feeling like I have slightly elevated blood pressure.

Still no signs of gyno.

My skin is really oily. But I shower twice a day and use oxy pads and this neutrogena face wash stuff and have no acne.

Ill keep you guys posted.
 
Trust I like your prop idea. I sent aml an email and asked if they can swap out one of my T400 bottles for a bottle of prop. I know there's $30.00 price diff (i think) but o well. Ill sacrifice $30.00 for the prop. Hope its not to late.!

Im coming up on week 4 with AML test cyp. I gained 10 lbs with a clean diet. My skin is aslo getting oily but thats how you know its working. Cant wait to see the results at the end of my cycle.
