Anabolics and training frequency and rest

This may be a dumb questions but I'm dead serious when I ask it.

Can I train more often hitting each muscle more frequently
While on anabolics?
Now I know AAS does increase recovery and increase nitrogen retention as well as decrease cortisol all things that allow quick recovery.

I am on test/npp/mast and I feel like I am ready to lift and hit the same muscle within 48 hours after an intense and high volume workout.
Should I still be cautious of overtraing even on a cycle involving very strong compounds? I want to maximize gains on cycle but not sure of more is better even on a cycle with npp/mast/test. On test only cycle I prettying did the sale as off ccycle but more intensity and heavier wieghts

Any input or advice?

If you feel good to go I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to add more frequency or volume to your program. I believe everyone should be in tune with their body and push it past their current limits until there acutely overtrained, deload for a week or so and then start ramping it up again. Just my opinion

Just listen to your body, if you dont have doms and dont start feelin over tired then go for it the only thing id say is be careful that your not doing any damage to your joints and ligaments because if the npp it may mask the pain then when you jump off youll have some trouble. But fuck man eat big and lift big thats the name of the game!

I hit chest/triceps Sunday, back/biceps Monday and shoulders wed today is Thursday And my chest is itching to get hit today but I feel like that's not enough recovery unless that's fine on npp

I've never ran this strong of a cycle so I don't know what will be too much or perfect amount
Will u make more gains on Steiner cycles doing more or just keep the same split?

I lift mon to thurs , off friday (Cardio & abs) lift saturday off sunday (Cardio & abs)

My buddy and I do drop sets on damn near every exercise.

I need days off or my entire body will be in pain.

So do y'all think I'll be good to hit chest/triceps today even if I hit chest/tri's sun, back/biceps mon and shoulders Tiesday? (Today is Wednesday so onl 24hrs apart)
Or should I wait till thirsday?

It's tough for us to judge how sore you are, how intense your workouts are, etc

What kind of volume are you doing for chest? How many working sets & approx how many reps?

How about tris, shoulders, back, legs?

Maybe try hitting ( for example) upper chest then doing flat chest 3 or 4 days later? That way you can blast the shit out of each without being tired from one before hitting the other.
I do a 4 day split like using the above method.
1- chest/ tri
2- legs/ biceps
3- back/ shoulder
4- cardio/ abs
Repeat as 5-8 , but hit each muscle differently.

I can't train legs as I am battling an injured back

Volume is moderate to high.
At least 15 sets for large muscle, no more than 30
6-12 for smaller muscle
6-12 rep range
Train to failure on one set of each compound lift
Every set is tough. If a set of 8 the last three are hard as fuck. Will add drop set or rest pause when hit faulire. Some super sets but not too
Many

That's a lot of sets.
I can only handle a couple warm up sets, 4-5 work sets, then a drop set. So, maybe 8 give or take.

Throw in abs three times a week. No calfs I need to though

When my back heals I'm gonna tear legs up bit till then gonn grow the upper body

Here's what I did Sunday
Bench 4 sets
Incline 4 sets
Decline 4 sets
Dips 4 sets
Flyes
Tricep ext
Pushdowns

Felt fine after pretty intense to made the reps count

I do tend to get overtrained every 6 weeks and have to take a rest week
Except on deca I could go for hours a day
Now I'm on npp/mast/test at high doses I feel like I should go for it and see ifo gains are better

That kind of volume would definitely require me to wait 6-7 days before hitting chest again. Everyone is different obviously, but some strength lifters (westsidebarbell.com, for instance) believe that your rest is dictated by your level of experience. Novice strength trainers can actually recover quicker and hit the same muscle groups more frequently than highly experienced strength trainers. So consider that analysis also.

Having said that, my top belief is to always follow intuition, and the only way to learn what's best for you is to experiment and observe.

One key objective piece of info to look at is whether or not you're continually able to lift more. So if you aren't able to add five pounds about every third week, you may not be getting the results that you think you are.

Not a dumb question man. The only thing you need to watch for is wear and tare on your connective tissues. You're gonna toss around much more weight on AAS. Your joints may not be able to handle the extra load. Otherwise, pound your muscles like a cheap whore!
Just listen to your body bro. Get strong.

Your body is the only thing thats going to tell you when enough is enough. Its also the only thing that going to tell you when your ready for more.

Ya it was too early after a heavy set the soreness kicked in. Def true when they say just Becasue your not sore doesn't mean ur recovered.

I'm hoping for some feedback on a sit from y'all.
Legs are missing as I have an s1 strain and can't train legs. Letting it Heal before I get back into legs

Here are my ideas
Sat-push #1
Sun-pull # 2
Mon-abs/cardio
Tues-rest
Wed-push # 2
Thurs-pull # 2
Fri- rest or cardio

Or
Sun-chest /abs
Mon-back/hiit cardio 15min
Tues-rest
Wed-shoulders/cardio
Thurs- arms
Fri-abs/cardio 45min mod int.
Sat-rest
