Anabolics and training frequency and rest

I would but I like a whole workout for back not combining with shoulders
And I can't train legs

If I could I would consider it though

The split that works for me is

Mon-
Heavy Shoulders(12-15sets), Heavy Tris(9sets), Pump chest(a few super sets, just getting a good pump)
Tues-
Heavy Back, Post Delts(20-25sets), Deadlift(3-5sets), Heavy Hamstrings(6sets), Pump quads(5sets)
Wed-
Off
Thurs-
Heavy Chest(16-20sets), Heavy Bi's(9sets), Heavy Traps(5sets), Pump Shoulders(6sets)
Fri-
Off
Sat-
Heavy Quads(15-20sets), Pump Hams(3sets), Pump Back(12sets)
Sun-
Off

I start Heavy(3-8reps) with long rest intervals for heavy bodypart workouts, and as I get deeper in the workout start to decrease rest times and increase reps, then finish off a heavy workout getting blood into the muscle. Pump workouts are just that, getting blood into muscle to help it heal, not trying to tear down the fibers. It works well for me, every 4-6 weeks I have to deload, I start to get overtrained
