Im going to be taking 100mg (2 50mg pills) for the first 5 weeks of my cycle. i was wondering how i should be taking the, both pills an hour before i workout or what, and when im working out 2 times a day.
Let me know what you think i should do
i would start with 50mg/day to see how you react to the sides. you can always bump it up later. i would split the dose if you take 100mg. one morning and one evening, it has a half life of 8-10 hours
