Anadrol Solution Question

I have anadrol powder and want to make a solution. Most recipes call for peg300 and grain alcohol. Would the anadrol dissolve in a peg300 solution only? I've scoured the web and saw one recipe where peg 300 was used without alcohol. I was wondering if it would be okay for me to use 100% peg 300 and no alcohol?

My experience with liquid oral solution is limited, and I always use some alcohol in my recipe, as that's the only way I know how to dissolve the powder.
