Thanks for the replies and yes, What i meant to say with not gaining is (not gaining 10 to 20 lbs in a cycle). i want to lean out first whilst maintaining/maybe gaining some LBM, ofcourse through diet.
The thing is that there are so many people saying Test first or stacked or a mix with Anavar (var) or something else. others say just Anavar (var) for beginners to see and then a 2nd cycle stack it with something.. I read stickies here and on other forums too, i got banned at bb.com becuase of posting aas thread! did not know it was not allowed. anyways, i will have to look at the test part, to avoid the water retention with test i would need AI.. aro/adex right?
Altho i'm still not sure, i have everything i need for the ana Anavar (var) cycle except a cycle support (but i'm not starting now) will start in about 5 weeks. so still time to maybe add something (may it be test or not)
That's what i've read too! and probably with test you get alot better results, but i am wondering how my body reacts to Anavar (var) , let alone test.. but i'm still trying to educate myself so that in a few weeks time i can start the cycle knowing i'm doing the right thing for myself. Without adding tons of other aas stacked in my first cycle.
so far the discussion has been about me having to add testo, now, what about my dosage, i have not heard anyone about it, 50mg/day for the first 4 weeks see how i adapt then maybe raise up to 60/70 for the last 3 weeks then start my PCT in the last week of cycle like 25/25/10/10? Nolva..
