Anavar dose. End of cycle

I have 25mg anavar. Will be taking 50ed for the last 8 weeks. How should i take it. Twice a day?
I do 1hr morning cardio on a empty stomach. I work out about 6pm.

It is always best to take ANY oral medication with food for better and quicker absorption. So IMOP after am meal and after noon meal.
