Animal fats

That's a very loaded question.

I think that results vary from person to person and the *rest* of the diet has a significant effect as well. For example, many people that have converted to a low carb diet, including lots more animal fat, have actually seen their weight, cholesterol, and LDL:HDL ratio improve.

I don't think there is a set ammount for all people, I usually stick with about half and half (half saturated fats and half EFA's) whether I am cutting or bulking. IMO it just depends on your current condition (whether you have high cholesterol already, high blood pressure, etc etc) then you should decide how much is too much for you.

im following your diet Leanmeout but my cholesterol is 230. would around or under 80grms a day be good. bulking! BP is 120/80. more concerned about hair loss from high animal fats really, because I read high fats from animals can do that, and of course high protein as well. running clean only M5 creatine and protein supps. i need to buy reduced fat burgers I guess. Bubba Burgers.
also for meal 1 I just blend into shake, is that ok ?
