Another cutting thread...

Bros, apologies for adding to the multitude of diet threads but I've done a search and come up with multiple solutions and can't decide on a solid cutting diet and routine.

Basically 2 weeks ago I finished a bulking cycle. I ate pretty clean yet carried forward a bit of fat prior to starting the cycle. I am up 15lbs and not much is water weight because I ran arimdex throughout the cycle which kept the bloat down. My stats: 5'10" 195lbs 16%bf. All the fat has landed on my face and my gut hence the need to get shredded but I am concerned about losing the mass I have gained while on. I am not planning on doing another cycle but I am open to adding any supps to "quicken" the process (I'm getting kinda bored of the fat head look).

So my plan is to go low fat/low carb/high protein. Maintain my protein at around 250g a day and not worry about the cals. Is it possible to do this diet WITHOUT losing much muscle mass? Also I plan on doing LIIT but should I be doing HIIT and I plan on running L-Glutomine pre/post cardio.

In regards to supps - I tried Glucorell R and T-Rex and didn't really see much of an effect and was wondering if it's worth trying something stronger? Any ideas?

Thanks!

If you just finished a cycle I would hold off on cutting. Take a few weeks to let your natural test levels get back. Keep calories high (especially protein) and make sure to run proper PCT.

Once you have normal test levels, you can then look at cutting.

Choose either low fat or low carb...not low fat & low carb. Your body is going to need one of those for fuel if you're lifting (heavy).
