Another hair loss question

Hey guys, I'm 24, just about to start my first ph cycle which will be 6 weeks long. With eyes on doing an injectable cycle a little while down the track, probably next year (thought I'd start with something a bit milder).

Like every young dude I am super paranoid about losing my hair. My question is basically, if I am mid-cycle whether it be a ph or injectable, and I start to notice hairloss, if I stop straight away should it cease immediatly or will the hairloss continue based on the half-life of the drug? I just read somewhere else that the real hairloss with a drug like Winstrol (winny) (don't worry I have no intention of using that) starts 2-3 months after you finish the cycle..

Is this true for all steroids, or do some the side effects hang around longer and others will cease pretty much as soon you stop taking it? Cheers

i believe its the conversion to DHT that causes hair loss (correct me if im wrong). but from my understanding about how that works is it depends on what you are taking. if something like test E with a longer half life is in your body it may take a while for your hair loss to stop. I do not have this issue so im not 100% sure about that.

I do know there are products you can take to help prevent that unwanted side effect. ill be back later to see if i can find those. i dont remember the names.

I am no expert here and am lucky enough to not have mpb.
I would like to hear more about losing hair months later on winny?
I don't understand that. There are more than one way of losing hair, but I would think the half-life of a drug would be the best indicator of when the hairloss would cease.

i can't comment on the Winstrol (winny) thing, its' just something i read in another thread. although i've often heard Winstrol (winny) is the worst on your hairline.

i know there are products like finestride you can take to prevent the hairloss, but i am a bit worried about their other side effects and some of the libido-killing related horror stories. also i heard that when you start taking it you start losing hair for awhile before it starts growing back, and once you start you can never stop it, plus you have to start taking it like a month before the cycle to be effective..

i figured i wouldn't use it in case i *didn't* have a problem with hairloss, cos i dont' want to be on this stuff for life. and if my hair did start falling out i would just stop the cycle and go into pct

Watch the androgens and dht derivatives in your cycle. Something like anavar is a good option.
