any 1 know any good meal replacement bars or shakes??

Its not for me it is for my wife. i finally got her training and dieting.

her diet is much healthier then it was but not like a body builder im just trying to get her into the life style first then tighten things up as needed. and i also got her counting calories keeping a log and eating 6 meals a day.

i wanna find something other then jus regular whey that i use. eating that mnay times a day with good whole meals is not an ez task for a mom.
any info guys thanks!!!!

Do you guys have a slow cooker? If not, you can pick one up for pretty cheap.

Tell her she can make things like roasted chicken/turkey, soups, top round/chuck roast, casseroles, pasta dishes etc with one....she'll be sold.

It's super easy too, you just load it up and leave it cooking over night. Most of the newer models have a "warm" setting so when it's done cooking it'll turn off so you don't burn your food.

All that's left is portioning it out in the morning.

i have 1 of those but never used it over night. it has 4 settings low mid high and warm.

my #1 favortie is a rotisserie chicken. dam bro i buy whole roaster chickens thru my restaurant by the case jus cuz of that. salt pepper garlic and some lemon juice!!

You can roast your own chicken in the slow cooker. It probably won't taste as good as one made up by a restaurant though.
