Any bodybuilding women do yoga too? Do you find it takes away from or helps?

I know yoga's really helped me with balance, flexibility and strength, and somewhat better defined muscles. But I'm wondering if any females here who are primarily bodybuilders (not looking for competition physique, just good shape and fitness) find that yoga hurts their overall goals or helps them?
 
I can't see why it would hurt your goals. I haven't tried yoga but have found pilates to be quite beneficial.
