I do a lot better when I have a sample diet plan layed out in front of me that I can follow. My gains are coming the way I like and I know this will help. Any daily meal plans or links would be highly appreciated and would help me a lot. Thanks.

A typical day of eating--for bulking now this is my diet and it may be too much for some people and not enough for others but hopefully you will be able to understand the general eating philosophy here. Here is yesterday's meal plan.

1st thing in the morning--large glass of whole milk with a scoop of Optimum nutrition 100% whey chocolate mint
Breakfast--breakfast burritos-4 eggs, 1 large burrito wrap, shredded pork 1 cup, chopped green peppers, green onion, artichoke hearts, brie cheese.
Also a small bowl of oatmeal with dried cherries-oatmeal cooked in milk, coffee with half and half, and two big spoonfuls of peanut butter
On the way to the store--1 joyride protein bar
At mall-- protein shake and a grilled chicken sandwich
Lunch--roast beef, broccoli, baked sweet potato, greek salad, milk
Late afternoon--3 hardboiled eggs, orange, whey protein shake, bag of homemade jerky--less salt
Dinner all you can eat sushi---we ate for 3 hours straight- I had a large beer with it.
Evening snack--greek olives, cheese, and two cups of macadamia nuts-with a large glass of milk
This is a typical day--I tend to eat more when I am at work than on weekends when I am running around doing all sorts of errands. Along with this diet I consume a gallon of whole milk throughout the day. I always mix my protein powder with whole milk. After 8pm I do not eat anything I only drink unsweetened sun tea.
Hopefully this is helpful--every day I eat different foods but the general types of meals are the same.

Good lord husky boy how much do you weigh? It sounds like alot of whey shakes potatoes and beef are the way to go. I wish somebody on here had a mon-fri meal plan schedule to follow it would make things easy. Also when do you train in between those meals? Do you drink a shake before and after your workout?
