I prefer to brew. I have been brewing for 10 years plus. Its not to say I wont try a source now and then but I like cooking my own product.

On topic.. but off topic.. If you do brew test.. do Enth over Cpy. It will mix better at least it has for me.

I recently looked into homebrewing, more out of curiosity because I don't have the time or the money to invest in such even on a small scale, but I had some issues finding what I would call reputable information on the process, procedures and equipment involved. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Feel free to PM with any type of article. I understand that the average Joe should NOT try to do this at home. If it makes you feel any better, I use to make my own moonshine just because I thought it would be cool. Never killed anyone or made them sick.. Other than being hung over. Haha.
