I'm looking for a few really good programs designed to pack on the mass. Especially for squatts. One I'd been on was a really heavy low rep program called the power matrix went something like 8reps 5reps 3reps 1rep 1rep 1rep 5reps. So someone who could squatt like 350lbs it would be 215x8 260x5 280x3 320x1 320x1 320x1 260x5. Made decent gains for awhile but now i'm at a plateau. I started the 5x5, but wondered if there'd be something better for mass?? Thanks.
