Hydrolyzed whey is extremely bitter/acidic tasting and I highly recommend that you have no more than 30% of it in you mix. I can't speak for that particular brand because I have no experience with it, but hydrolyzed whey is a very good choice especially PWO.
Hydrolzyed protein is only effective if you can psych yourself up to take it and then keep it down. I agree with Mike about keeping the percentage low, in fact, I keep my percentage at 0%. I'm perfectly happy with isolates.
