The list goes on.
You have to find which is the easiest for you to do. Some people can function with limited carbs, others can't. Some people can pull off the 16 hours of fasting with the IF diet, myself I need to eat every couple hours for my brain to function properly.
Not sure what the warrior diet is, but most diets work in some way, shape, or form. The problem most people have is they don't follow them correctly, or they don't know what to do when they plateau.
