To start with, I would like to give small and proper intro about myself. I am 5-10 male and having the weight between 70-75 kgs. It fluctuates but never gone past 75kg. Since I am very much into fitness so I joined this forum. Cardio is what I do daily without any gap. Never tried to eat nonsensically. This forum has a lot of knowledge about fitness and bodybuilding so I hope to get going on this forum for long enough.
