Say just 2 sets of 50? i can only do about 80 in one go, but i can handle 50 then 50 with a minute or 2 rest. If i did these daily after the gym as i go in the morning would it be considered over training?

try doing 20 a min for 10 min, or 20 flat, then 20 with a hand on a ball, then 20 with both hands on the ball then 20 with the other hand on it then 20 again flat.
