hey All!!!

If you want to get ripped/cut up, you need to avoid sugar as much as possible, esp from processed food.

How about furit sugar from apples? oranges? grapes? watermelorn? acai?? is this okay??

Everytime i finish a meal, i like to have eat a fruit, just to get rid of the salty taste from my meal. Just want to leave my breath fresh.

please advise on what you do.

cheers

Fruit is definately bad. Any release in sugar will make your blood sugar unstable. If your blood sugar becomes unstable or spiked, it releases insulin which WILL induce fat storage. Only time your cutting, avoid sugars unless is post workout. Any other time, your shooting yourself in the foot. Post workout meals require an insulin spike in order to replenish the glycogen from the workout. Another reason to avoid fruit is because the pesticides on it raise estrogen plus the sugars are just unneeded carbs. I'd say up to 80% of people don't know how to lose weight correctly. I was a victim of this myself. The key to reducing body fat is by increasing the amount of low intensity cardio (high intensity make you catabolic) along with increasing the time of feeding. The more often you eat, the higher your metabolism will increase. Let's say 10 meals a day,(6 minimum) would increase results drastically. Whether your bulking or dieting, the number one nutrient you will need no matter what is protein. On/offseason I personally eat 400g protein daily. All I do to adjust my diet when I'm cutting is by eliminating carbs mostly(50-100carbs a day).

Damn, so fruit sugars are bad for cutting... Well, lets say i have a salad with no dressing, very minimal dressing. this of course is very bland,or any kind of food. what can you take to get rid of that after taste? how about chewing on minty gum? or mint? how about just 1 piece of strawberry (will that really screw everything up with my insulin levels?)

thanks

Most chewing gums have sugar alcohol in them. If the after taste of your food is that big of an issue to you, why not just brush your teeth or rinse with mouthwash?
