are there enough carbs in my diet?

i currently weigh 220 and am 6'2 (i'm pretty solid), but my goal is a solid 240. this is my usual diet. what would you add or change up, more carbs? please help.

meal one:
protein shake (46g of protein)
oatmeal (8 g of protein)
apple

meal two:
lean ground beef (30 grams of protein)
salad

meal three:
protein shake (46g of protein)

meal four:
turkey sandwich (30g of protein)
salad

meal five:
can of tuna (30g of protein)

meal six:
eggs (3 whites, 5 whole) = 40g of protein
wheat bread

meal seven:
protein shake (60 grams of protien)

THIS IS A TOTAL OF ABOUT 280 GRAMS OF PROTIEN WHICH SHOULD GIVE ME A POSITIVE NITROGEN BALANCE AND GIVE ME THE ENERGY TO REACH MY GOAL, RIGHT (ASSUMING I WORKOUT PROPERLY)?
 
Hmmm.........

I'm not seeing any healthy fats in there. Are you using flax? Maybe you forgot to mention it.

IMO you need more carbs. I'd add a baked sweet potato or some brown rice to meals 2 and 5 but it's kinda hard to guage without quantities.

For example: What dressing do you use on your salad? What is included on your turkey sandwich? and... Do you eat your tuna straight from the can or mix other ingredients in?
