S Suareezay Dont taze me, bro. Sep 22, 2007 #4 whole foods are always better than powders. getting all your calories from powdered meals probably isnt the best idea. supplementing a solid diet with powders is fine.

outlawtas New member Sep 22, 2007 #5 They do not replace whole food. They work great at what they are, supplements. Also good for times when you cannot get a meal in (travelling, etc).
