Arginine ..... is it a myth?

does not work.

Take 750mg to 1g of agmatine before workout and let the wonders happen. A lot of people immediately feel the effects but some (like me) need to give it some time.

I read on a "top 10 ways to increase HGH naturally" to take arginine + lysine before bed and you may increase HGH levels like 700%. That's clearly not true.

It could help some or give you pumps. It's really cheap like $6 a bucket that will last you like a long-ass time off Amazon.

When it comes to GH unless you want to take peptides or actual hgh, if not I wouldn't waste my money on supplements or anything else.

Enhanced is a pretty good product all the way around. Since it has everything that has been asked about.

L-Arginine absolutely works, there are literally, 1000's upon 1000's of clinical studies and systematic reviews on the compound. It is the superior OTC compound for dilating blood vessels, increasing muscle cell endurance, aiding in erectile dysfunction, increasing nitric oxide levels, nutrient delivery and a host of other benefits.

There are 7 metabolic pathways stemming from the Urea cycle that lead directly to muscle fibers.

unless injecting it which is the positive studies, i stand by my opinion.

That's not accurate. the majority of studies are not on injectable forms. Anything injectable is superior, but to discount oral micronized arginine is absurd. I inject Arginine, Citrulline and Ornithine intravenously and have done so intramuscularly. I know the superiority, but I've also tested NO levels on a weekly basis since 2007 and know that oral administration works. People don't develop pumps at the gym because they inject arginine pre workout. There's a reason it's in 99% of pre workout supplements. There are literally, 10's of thousands of clinical trials, studies and systematic reviews on oral administration. The majority illustrating positive conclusory.

I'm literally mind boggled. If this were the case, then tadalafil would completely fail as it activates the very same pathway. If oral arginine in proper doses failed for you, then you absolutely, without a doubt have an undiagnosed malabsorption condition.

This is like saying blood is white in color. It just doesn't make sense...
