Arimidex Headaches............

Stop and see if they go away. What's your E2 at? Too high or low at that dose? How much test are you taking?

When do you take the AI? Maybe switch it up? If you take it in the morning perhaps at night would work better?

Perhaps aromasin instead...

E2 was 47 at trough injecting 100mg per week.

Headaches can be caused by so many things... I'm really prone to headaches and take .5mg twice a week and I haven't noticed any headaches that I attributed to Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I even went through a cluster headache episode a few months into starting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), but it cleared up in the usual time.

How is your blood pressure? How about hematocrit?

150/80

I'm very prone to headaches myself

This is a common side effect of dropping your E2 too low, I do agree with above its hard to tell, but E2 is responsible for some brain function and you can get headaches when it gets too low, just like a female on her period, E bottoms out right before progesterone kicks in and causes bleeding :) If that makes sense:chomp:
