arimidex needed?

So, drop nolva completely from the cycle and just use it for PCT while adding arimidex .5mg eod while on cycle and run the arimidex through to the end of the PCT (or should I stop at the end of the cycle?)

Meanwhile, drop the 300mg of clomid on the first day and just run a standard split of nolva @ 40/40/20/20 and the clomid @50/50/50/50


Revised cycle would be:
Cycle-
Week 1-10: 500mg (250mgx2)
Week 1-10: Arimidex .5mg EOD

PCT:
Week 12-14: Nolva @40mg ed
Week 12-14: Clomid @50mg ed

Week 14-16: Nolva @20mg ed
Week 14-16: Clomid @50mg ed






Another random question, for just a Test cycle, is it better to run a 12 week cycle vs. 10 week since only one chem is being used, or just stick to a 10 week?

Yeah, I've learned a little more on this cycle.

I think im gonna push it to a 12 week.
Week 1-12: 500mg test in (2) 250mg/week dose

Week 1-18 (pct): .25mg adex eod (or equivalent in aromisin)

Week 14-18: the clomid and nolva split.
 
Since im only doing 300mg,i'll probably just use nolva and clomid for post cycle therapy (pct) and bypass the adex throughout the whole cycle.
 
^Hired. For one, start your own thread. And two, 300mg is not enough, I'd do 400 minimum. More is usually better up to a point.

1st cycle: 400-500 a week
2nd: 600-700 a week
3rd: 600-700 a week + deca/etc
 
Is it that big of a deal to post in this thread since i'm doing a simliar cycle? Or do i need to start a new thread like everyone else asking the same shit for the 100000000 time?

From what I've read, that 300mg isn't even worth your time/money. That's like testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) levels.

You wanna be 400-600 range, which is why I'm sure most people just cut it in half, and go 500mg. With a quick ester in test E, might be best to pin 2x a week (Monday and Thursday for example @250mg).

Im pre disposed to gyno so I'm working in that aromisin (I originally looked at adex, but the knowledgable guys here swayed me to aromisin).

Pct is the standard clomid/nolva combo. Fairly straight forward.


Also, since it's just a test e cycle, I'm gonna stretch it out to a 12 week since I'm reading the gains don't really start rollin' in until the 5-8 week period. I'd hate to get on a gain climax and have my cycle end two weeks later y'know?


I'm a beginner/noob too, the more people learning (especially in my thread, the more I learn- I welcome multiple questions lol).
 
I made it about 9 weeks before my nipples started to itch on my first cycle(blast). I used adex 2xweek @.5mg for 2-3 weeks and was fine.

Sounds like your stats are nice, but food(or lack of) is your problem...

About a year ago, I made a drastic change to my dieting with the same belief as you. Other than losing 1-2% bf, it really didn't do much as far as weight gain, you know?

I kind of feel like my body is saying, "this is where I like to be naturally, get over it." :redhot:

Not necessarily. Just for whatever reason, the threshold for my body between lean and getting fat in a hurry is slim. When I say hard gaining, I'm referring to the issue my body has.

This last experiment I went through I thought that my body was just lacking caloric intake. Especially since my body was getting 1.5-2g ptn per body weight, yet gains were either non-existent or so slow that recording them was a non-event.

So, I loaded calories and what seemed like overnight, got abnormally 'fat' for what my body has historically been. Very fine line.

This is what interested me with a cycle or two. Get on something that directly focuses on muscles. Feed them (along with calories) and they WILL grow. I don't have a problem with putting on a little roundness for the trade of also adding good muscle. As stated earlier, I only put on roundness the last time I tried this.

Now I want to try it on test-e.:destroy:
