Adex and aromasin are both good as AIs while on cycle , I myself like Adex.
For pct you ll need both nolvadex and clomid..

Arimidex because I can get it from a doc. Clomid for previous reason as well as not wanting to put carcinogens in me if I can avoid it.

i've read and heard that aromasin is better because you wont get a estrogen rebound as with adex you can get a rebound?

its different for everyone.
i used clomid for 10 days at 100mg ed, i would get a lot of mood swings and just pissed off all the time so i stopped after 10 days but did 4 full weeks of nova and i recovered fine.

also would you recommend using arimidex only for AI or both aromasin and arimidex? as they also have different ways of working

you don't need both, just one is fine. most people would use arimidex
