Arimidex throughout cycle or not?

Im doing a cycle of test e + deca + D-Bol,
im just wondering if i should use Arimidex throughout my cycle or just use it when and if symptoms appear? If i should use it throughout how many mg ED? And if i should only use it if symptoms appear how many mg ED for how long? I also have Letrozole on hand, basically witch way would be the best to use these AI? Im already 4 days into the cycle


Test E 500mg 1-12wk
Deca 400mg 1-10wk
D-Bol 40mg 1-4wk
HCG 500iu 3-12wk

yes you should use it throughout your cycle. Start it at .25mg eod throughout your cycle.....titrate if necessary. I would recommend switching to aromasin for pct

People have different preferences...some use throughout, some use only when needed. I personally take the whole time, at either .25mg or .5 EOD...I find it keeps the bloat down and acne to little or none.

I actually just switched to aromasin mid cycle, the adex wasn't keeping the itchy nips away. I think the HCG throughout has caused it, being I'm only doing 100mg T-prop eod.

Some will also argue that using it throughout will hinder gains...not sure if that's a fact or broscience but i'll take a pound or two less rather than acne and the extra water.

It will be aromasin for me from now on though, too many things better with it than adex not to switch.

Also, adex or aromasin will not prevent prolactin induced gyno, which could happen with using deca. for that, i believe you need caber or prami...which i have no experience with.

Thank you, ill use Arimidex .25mg EOD for now and see if that's fine, if anything flares up from prolactin induced gyno i was thinking of using Letrozole, so Arimidex to prevent and Letrozole to treat.

No. Letrozole will not help prolactin issues. You should be able to control prolactin on deca by controlling estro

I was told by a good amount of people here to drop the adex and use aromisin instead.

It might be something to look into.
