Aromasin question

so many mixed answer's ive been hearing.. For aromasin im not sure what dose to take. for my first cycle of just test e. is it every day or every other day?
i know every person is different, but for a 175 pounder would 6.25 every day be ok, or 12.5 every other day?

(only will be taking it once i notice some estrogen sides during cycle)

try 6.25 EOD first and go from there. Aromasin is powerful. Well all AI's are powerful, but Aromasin is very effective.

try 6 and see how it goes. If you start to notice any sign of high estrogen, increase dose or dose every day. if you still have issues, 12.5mg ED should get the job done.

From your posts i see usual tab size is 25mg? I have 20mg tabs, so I break them into 1/4's would get me 5mg. Will that be sufficient to start EOD?

Yes. It is always a good idea to start with a low dose of a drug and see how you react to it.

You can always raise the dose if necessary, but taking too much aromasin and you will have creaky joints and get depressed and possibly acne (all short term sides) but not fun to have all the estrogen wiped out of your system. It's good to have some estrogen in your system

Average for most is 12.5mg ed. You should dose everyday because aromasin has a 23hr life in the body and if you only dose eod you would be causing a fluctuation in your hormone levels which is no good.

Very unlikely that you'll crash your estro at 12.5mg ed, aromasin isn't strong like letro which will crash you in no time.

I agree with this ^^^^^.

Use aromasin ed. 12.5mg ed is a common dose. I'm sure it would be ok to start with 6.25 if you want, and raise it if necessary.

i have read that aromasin tends to not kill estrogen levels completely there fore is not likely to cause joint pain like many bros experience with Adex and letro. right?

What you have read and what really happens are usually 2 different things.

For me If I take .25mg or adex for 2 days in a row and my estrogen crashes. same with aromasin 12.5mg

maybe I am just really sensitive to ai's and everyone else has less estro crashing at that dosage

either way, it is good to see how these drugs effect people differently.

For some people, 12.5mg aromasin EOD completely eliminates all estrogen and for some people 25mg per day does no harm

to OP, I think the 6.25mg dosage every day is an excellent starting point. go with that and see how you react.

also I suspect most people who are always recommending high dosages for these drugs are using either underdosed stuff, or non pharmaceutical grade shit.

all these research labs that sell exemestane, anastrazole, and letrozole, I just wouldn't trust the dosing and it seems to vary A LOT from the actual real Aromasin, Femera, and Arimidex.

start low and watch your nipples, if there getting puffy try increasing it slightly till there not sensitive. i found i actually need a pretty high dose usually around 37.5mg ed.

I would reconsider using that aromasin if I were you. Try switching to pharmaceutical grade ancillaries.
