Dont know about bac-water, but you can get syringes and needles completelty for free from Drugstore. Usually I can go home with needles and syringes for 3weeks supply.
Yeah, they are for drug-addicts but you dont need to pretend to be a drug-addict.
Just say that you are a foreign student/worker/here on holiday... and you have diabetes (or u take regular heparin-injections for a blood-clot you have). And that you had an accident loosing you medical kit with syringes. And the pharmacy you went to actually refered you to DrugStore so that you could save money until you get leave UK next week or whatever.
Something like that is always believable and worked fine.

You can make your own bacteriostatic water by mixing 1 part benzyl alcohol with 99 parts demineralised or distilled water and run through a filter. Or, if you want some extra vitamin B in your system, mix with injectable B12

My buddy mixes his gh with b12. I don't know anything about using b12 for gh or hcg. Bac water is pretty easy to find in the states.
