Back Acne Problem - Totally At A Loss!

Hey fellas,
Looking for some input and assistance. I did a 12 week cycle of Test 400. Did a four week post cycle therapy (pct) of Torem at 60/60/30/30. Finished post cycle therapy (pct) 11 days ago, so I am 7-8 weeks off cycle. Balls and everything bounced back right away, but for some reason I am having back acne problems. It started with about 3 weeks left in my cycle and got worse during post cycle therapy (pct). Never had any kind of acne issues in my life so I am kind of at a loss. I use a loofah every day and started using Stridex pads once a day a cpl weeks ago but nothing seems to be helping. I am at a loss. I was told to loofah it and make sure I was getting sun to dry my skin and such. I live on a lake and am shirtless, very tan, and on my boat all summer long but nothing seems to be helping. It does seem to have gotten a tad (very little) better but still an issue.....especially with being shirtless and living on a lake. Can anyone tell me anything that could help or if this is normal to still be having the issue even after post cycle therapy (pct). Thanks, guys. I have become quite self conscious about it (especially with living on a lake and being shirtless all the time) and really appreciate any help you guys can give! Thanks!!!

Works pretty well? This is killing me! Never had a single issue with skin blemishes and of course it is dead of summer where I am shirtless on my boat all the time.

Can anyone explain to me why I am still having this issue? I thought that after finishing PCT and balancing my body back out it woul dhave gone away by now.

the reason it happened after PCT is because changes in hormone levels can cause breakouts. Also acne can form under the skin with no visible signs that its there till up to 6 weeks later

You can try indoor tanning, there is a big difference between them. But other than that I don't know some people skin types are more prone to clogging therefore higher risk of acne.

I was in same boat as you.. NEVER had any problems with acne, never even got the occasional spot on the face.. However after I finished my cycle BOOM acne all over my back and continued to get worse. But within the last week I've started going to tanning salon and using stand-up sunbeds and they are starting to fade slowly, I noticed the impovement after my first session.

Good response here! Thanks, bro. Sounds like we are exactly alike. Even way back in high school I never had even the occasional pimple. Only downfall to tanning beds for me is that sincec I live on a lake, I am already really tan. Gonna look like George Hamilton! Lol.

I had a similar problem and went to see a doctor about it. He said that the skin on my back had become infected and so what I thought was really bad acne had actually become boils. I took some antibiotics and now it's not an issue really. I still occasionally get some acne on my back while on a cycle but it's nothing major.

You can never be too tanned :P for me my spots we're just getting worse and when I was sweating they become sore and a few big ones would come out near my rear delts. Can barely notice them now and that's only after 2 sunbed sessions. Hope you manage to get rid of them bro. :)

for tanning make sure you tan in a stand up bed or else the sweat and shit that your laying in will just clog up your pores more

Definitely sounds identical to mine. Thanks, bro. I'll give it a whirl.

UPDATE: I have tried tanning indoors for almost two weeks and no relief whatsoever. I feel like George freaking Hamilton! I have been using a loofah, face wash and stridex pads on my back. Nothing has changed. Is it time to go to my family practitioner or skip that and get straight to a dermatologist? I am beyond done with this. What could their solution? Been 8 weeks now and my back is scarring. Please help!!!

You need to use a 3 step solution: wash back with soap that has benzoil peroxide in it, wipe with a pad after containing saylicylic acid. Do this 3 times a day but the time before bed use a retinol based lotion instead of the stridex pad. The retinol will help with scarring. The part that sucks is you really need help to get the whole back done.

I can reach my own back for the affected areas. Should I still consult a doc???

Try vitamin B5, pantothenic acid. stops oil from being released to ti skin. 1 gram in the morning and 1 at night also 1 during the day if you want. I used that when i has bad acne on my face and neck and have read about it in regards to AAS alson.

Had a similar issue a few years ago. Tried a bunch of different stuff, and it just seemed to keep getting worse rather than better, and finally decided to talk to my doc. He put me on low dose antibiotics and said it could take up to a year to be fully effective (erythromycin, twice a day, can't remember if it was 250 or 500mg). Took a month or so for it to really start working. Then it kept improving becoming less severe and by five or six months it was completely gone.

Wow. That sucks! So I am assuming this means you can't do a cycle until it clears up? Should I tell my doc that I recently did a cycle or is that wasted information. Also, did you go to your normal doc or a dermatologist? Thanks for the help!
