After 6 weeks of no deads and no squats because of lower back injury this mothertrucker is back squattin and pullin. Easing in to it but dont care as long as I am doin them I'm happy. In the immortal words of James Brown "I feel good...heh"
Keep your form as perfect as possible and you should be able to avoid injury. Alot of injuries come from sacrificing form for the sake of lifting heavier weight. The best thing is to keep perfect form and go up in weight, take it gradually and hopefully you won't have to be concerned with your injury.
