Wide Pull downs - 5 sets: 12reps, 10 reps, 8reps, 8reps, 10reps.
Close pull downs - 2 sets: 10reps, 10 reps.
Wide Rows - 5 sets: Same as Wide Pull downs.
Close Rows - 2 sets: Same as Close Pull downs.
Bent over Dumbell Rows - 2 sets each arm.
Shrugs - 3 sets
This usually takes around an hour and a half or less. I do deadlifts on leg days.
