I've never seen Balkan gear in 10ml vials. Plus Balkan is regulated by the Moldovan government and has a government I'd number that you can check on the government regulated site. It's not as stringent as the FDA in the US, but better than a UGL that can't be confirmed. But like I said, that don't look Like ANY Balkan product I've bought. And I think their injectable a are a bit underdosed.
